01 / Why Forge exists
Forge opened in April 2018 in two rooms above a print shop in Agdal. We left network agencies because ambitious Moroccan companies kept getting systems designed for someone else’s market, Arabic as an afterthought.
Eight years on: still independent, no outside capital. Forty-plus projects shipped, in three languages. The measure hasn’t moved.

02 / The record
Eight years, dated and verifiable, scars included.

2019 /
Heritage signs on
A publishing house printing in Arabic and French since 1963 becomes our first retainer. It is why we built a bilingual type practice.

2020 /
A rebrand dies in month four
Scope that lived in email kills a retail project and six weeks of work. Nothing has started without a signed scope since.

2021 /
The senior-only rule
A year of correcting instead of shipping ends the junior hiring push. Since then: ten years of shipped work, minimum.

2022 /
The work starts to travel
Assembly’s campaign brings the first briefs from outside Morocco. About a third of the work has shipped abroad since.

2024 /
Heritage, redrawn
The studio’s largest identity system to date: one marque, twelve imprints, two scripts, sixty years of archive.

2026 /
Project forty ships
Still independent. Still Rabat. Still three to five seniors on everything. The next forty get judged the same way.
03 / Principles, priced
01Seniors only
Everyone on your project has at least ten years of shipped work behind them. Nobody learns on your budget.
02Arabic isn’t an afterthought
Arabic, French, and English designed as equals from day one, by a specialist. It doubles the type work, and it’s why the system holds in every market.
03Prices in writing
Scope, timeline, and cost on paper before work begins, in dirhams.
05 / What clients say
The work speaks. So do they.
Clients move through the site the way they walk our buildings: slowly, and all the way through. Two new commissions this quarter mentioned the website in the first meeting — that never happened with the old one.
