Short version: we read your message, we reply, we don’t sell anything. The long version follows, numbered like everything else here.
Who we are
Forge is an independent brand and digital studio based in Rabat, Morocco. For anything in this policy, the data controller is Forge, reachable at hello@forgestudio.ma.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company (if you give it), an optional budget range, and your message.
When you browse the site, we collect standard technical data through privacy-respecting analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
What we do with it
Contact messages are read by a director and used for exactly one thing: answering you. If we start working together, your details move into our project records. If we don’t, the message stays in our inbox like any correspondence.
Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand what parts of the site work. It is never tied to your identity.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for. Writing to us starts a conversation, not a marketing sequence.
Legal basis & your rights
We process personal data under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR. The legal basis for processing your inquiry is legitimate interest: you wrote to us, we answer.
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to hello@forgestudio.ma does it. We reply within one working day, like everything else.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period Moroccan commercial law requires.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to function and to measure aggregate traffic. Nothing that follows you around the internet afterward.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page, not a silent edit.
