01 / The brief
Experia is a Saudi communication platform: automation, campaigns, ticketing, surveys, and a unified inbox for WhatsApp, email and calls. Five products, one story to tell — in two languages that read in opposite directions.
02 / The challenge
A platform this broad reads as five separate tools. Buyers had to understand automation, marketing, support, feedback and the shared inbox, then believe one company runs all of it — in English and Arabic, without either version feeling translated.
03 / The approach
One numbered spine, 01 through 05, so the platform reads as a sequence instead of a menu. Every module gets its own section with what it does in one line, then the five things it actually does. Arabic is a real mirrored build, not a translation layer.

06 / Deliverables
“ We had five products and no single way to explain them. Forge gave us one story that holds all of it, in Arabic and English, and shipped it in three weeks. The Arabic version reads like it was designed first, not translated after. ”
