01 / The brief
Dar Kahwa roasts in Casablanca and was selling in unmarked kraft bags. We built an identity and packaging system bold enough for specialty shelves in Paris, and honest enough for the neighborhood café counter.
02 / The challenge
Great beans, invisible brand. Export buyers wanted provenance and shelf presence; the bags said neither.
03 / The approach
Arabic-first wordmark, a packaging grid that flexes across origins, and a color system hot enough to own a shelf. Provenance printed like a boarding pass, not a fairy tale.

“ Buyers in Paris now recognize the bag before they taste the coffee. That was the whole brief, honestly. ”
